I have been part of Fusion since the beginning. At first, I started with just the dance Fusion at a different location then where it is today. I had several friends from my church dance group with me. It was fun and was a great supplement to other exercise I was doing at the time. When Erica started Women’s Boot Camp, that was intimidating to me. I thought that I would be horrible and hold everyone back. I decided to give it a try. The class really is for all fitness levels. At times over these years boot camp was all I could do due to life but I continued to remain consistent. I love the combination of Women’s Boot Camp and Fusion!! I am continuously working and getting stronger and Fit For Life!

Almost a year ago I got diagnosed as a diabetic. So I knew I needed amp up my effort and make changes in exercise and diet. I attended a Fit For Life Healthy Eating seminar and listened to healthy tips. I knew I had to implement the wise instruction and increase attendance with Fusion and over all consistency. So over 2018 I went from horrible A1C, to somewhat normal A1C. I am working on making 2019 the best year yet.

I definitely push myself harder in a group setting. Also, even if I think there is no humanly way possible way to do something, I try it anyway. Once I do it a few times I know it will happen and I will accomplish my goals.
If I can do it, anyone can for sure.
I wish all my friends would come to experience Fusion! I absolutely love the 5:15 am group of ladies in bootcamp…These ladies are my heroes. This is such a good way to improve strength and lay a foundation for a healthy lifestyle. The people that train here and the instructors are always encouraging. In addition to that I would love to tell people that Fusion Dance class is a non-intimidating way to improve endurance and have fun sweating! If I can do it, anyone can for sure.
