We limit our class sizes so that each individual receives the attention needed for precise execution of exercises. Using proper form in strength training is essential for creating the strength and tone we all strive for. In the Fusion Fitness Men’s Camp, Mike will help you reach new heights in fitness and have fun doing it! In addition to camp sessions, nutritional resources will be made available.

All fitness levels will be accommodated. Sessions will involve exercises to improve cardiovascular capacity, along with muscle strengthening and toning exercises. Cardio portions will be varied and dynamic. Strength portions will target every major muscle group, using sports-inspired equipment, dumbbells and body weight resistance.

What to Bring

All participants bring their own set of dumbbells, an exercise mat, sweat towel and water bottle.

Men's Camp



Space is limited. You must register in advance for camps (these are NOT punch card classes). The deadline to register is 1 week before the first session, or until all slots are filled; if you sign up after the deadline or the camp is full, you will be automatically registered for the next month’s camp. Your spot will not be reserved until you have paid in full (you will receive a confirmation email). All services are nonrefundable.
