I started boot camp at Fusion Fitness in June 2017. I was approaching my 40th birthday at the time, and I saw a post on Facebook about Fusion’s womens boot camp classes. I wanted to try something new that would help me tone my body and build muscle strength. I have always lived an active lifestyle and had a gym membership, but I started getting bored doing the same routine all the time. Plus, I knew I wanted to add weights to my workout, but it was something I wasn’t confident about and never liked to do by myself. Joining Fusion Fitness taught me how to lift weights properly, so my confidence grew and I started getting the results I was looking for!

Fusion Fitness is helping me achieve my goals to stay fit, strong and healthy and motivates me to continue working hard and to challenge myself! Mike, Erica and their team create the perfect workouts that target every part of your body, and I love that they mix up the classes each day and make them fun…even at 5:15 a.m. 🙂 I always leave class feeling great. It is the perfect combination of weights, cardio & circuit training. I love being a part of women’s bootcamp. And my trainers are people that really care about my overall health and my fitness.
