Women’s Boot Camp

When you join our Women’s Fitness Boot Camp, you are given all the tools and encouragement necessary to get RESULTS! Class sizes are limited to provide each individual with the attention needed to precisely execute each exercise. Using proper form in strength training is essential to create the strength and muscle tone that everyone wants. As you complete the Women’s Fitness Boot Camp, the Fusion Strength Team will help you reach new heights in fitness and have fun along the way!
Sessions will involve exercises to improve cardiovascular capacity, along with muscle strengthening and toning exercises. Cardio portions will be varied and dynamic. Strength portions will target every major muscle group, using sports-inspired equipment, dumbbells and body weight resistance.
*This Boot Camp is 90% indoors.
What to Bring
All participants bring their own exercise mat, sweat towel and water bottle.
Space is limited. Boot Camp is NOT a drop in class. However you may start at any time. Your spot will not be reserved until you have paid in full (you will receive a confirmation email). All services are nonrefundable.
