Fusion combines fitness with a wide variety of Erica Hill’s original choreography, ranging from Latin and Hip Hop to Jazz and Jive. Participants will learn a variety of easy to follow dance steps and burn hundreds of calories while having a blast! This class is designed to tone and strengthen the core, engage the entire body in movement and to provide improved cardiovascular performance. No dance experience or rhythm necessary. Participants just need to come ready to break a sweat and have a great time. Gain access to this class and all of our drop in classes with a class pack.
