What is Fusion Strength?

Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, OCR-Style Workouts, Functional Movements, Circuit H.I.I.T. Training, & Core Strength

Fusion strength is a combination of all of these training styles in a small group setting. Personal attention and focus on proper form and movements will allow you to grow in other areas of your fitness regimen. With different training sessions custom-programmed each week, the workouts are guaranteed to be challenging and offer more variety while still focusing on specific goals.

Fusion Strength is designed to increase strength and endurance while meeting current goals and setting new ones. Fusion Strength is for anyone who has goals to meet and is looking for a challenge. It is a great addition to anyone seeking to amp up their current programming and add additional support and coaching.
