Core Strength is a 30-minute co-ed class designed to sculpt and tone the midsection as you strengthen the entire core. By strengthening your abdominals, back, chest and hip flexors, you will improve overall body tone, function and balance.
*Fusion Core Strength instructors have training and experience helping clients with diastasis recti, or separation of the abdominals.
