Late last year, after seeing my wife work so hard to recover, I talked with Mike and Erica about starting Personal Training–I now go twice a week. I was scared at first, but now I really enjoy it…well, most of it! It’s truly paying for itself with how much healthier and stronger my body has become. Plus – BONUS, I’ve lost a little weight as a result! I have a shoulder condition which has undergone several rounds of physical therapy. Mike has consistently helped and encouraged me to work, but not overwork the shoulder, specifically selecting workouts that accomplish this. I’m now seeing more movement and flexibility in my shoulder because of this.
