Learn the fundamentals of prenatal functional fitness, proper corset training, cardio, strength and flexibility.  Come workout with fellow moms-to-be in a safe, welcoming environment. At Fusion Fitness, our certified pre and postnatal specialized trainer, Erica Hill, is a mother of 3 and an expert at providing safe and effective workouts for mothers in a fun group setting (private sessions are also available). Prenatal Fitness focuses on cardio, strength, and effective core exercises for pregnancy.

  • After attending Fusion classes for a few months, I found out I was pregnant, so I switched to the Prenatal Fitness class. I went twice and week and felt better than I did before I got pregnant. Erica taught us how to workout safely and correctly, while caring for our core muscles during and after pregnancy. I delivered Samuel Aaron on December 1 after almost 8 months in Prenatal Fitness. I lost my baby weight extremely quickly! Even when I wasn’t able to be in class at Fusion, I was able to continue my fundamental core exercises at home that Erica taught us throughout our pregnancy. I can’t wait to be able to join prenatal classes again!
