My health is so much better now than it was when I started going to Fusion. I was having some pelvic, back, and hip issues and ended up seeing a therapist, who got me interested in strengthening my core. I began looking for classes in my area. Fusion offers a Core Strength Class and I started there. I immediately started to feel better…that was just the beginning!

I started taking classes at Fusion and I started to feel better!

I enrolled in other classes like Womens Bootcamp, Core, and Fusion Dance class as well as My Healthy Goals (nutrition). I changed my eating habits after Erica showed me better ways to satisfy my sweet tooth, which was a feat I thought no one could achieve. I gained and continue to gain strength and confidence across the board.

I started Fusion hoping to feel better, keep my blood pressure down, and strengthen my bones and they have helped me with that and much more. I have lost pounds and inches and gained strength. Exercise also helped keep me sane and healthy during the pandemic!
