After giving birth, it can be tricky to get your postpartum body back and start feeling strong and confident again. Learn what exercises to do to get your core strength and tone back after baby–whether your baby is just a few weeks old or 10 years old!
If you feel as if your corset muscles never got put back together, we can help.

Erica is a mother of 3, certified and experienced in providing guidance for mothers with diastasis recti, or abdominal separation. We also offer a postnatal nutrition and exercise workshop.
