Train For Life – Curt Gobbell


Nearing my 50th birthday, I needed to make a change! I weighed 211 lbs, didn’t have a lot of energy and didn’t like the way I felt. My son, Aubrey, had been going to Fusion Fitness for over a year and invited me to join him at the next Men’s Camp, so I did. The first night I nearly died. I literally thought 911 was in need of a ring! As it turned out, 911 wasn’t needed, just more patience on my part, so I stuck it out.

That was 4 months ago, and I’m happy to report that I’ve lost 25 lbs and 2 inches off my waist (within 3 months of doing Men’s Camp)…But most of all, I got to hang out with my son, Aubrey–thank you for inviting your old man!

To anyone who hasn’t tried Fusion and wants to – the key to getting fit is being motivated. Trust me, if I had tried to do this on my own, I would have failed! Anyone can work out on their own, but you rarely push yourself like Mike will push you.
