Fusion Fit Team – BHS Cross Country


I decided to take my team to Fusion Fitness for team training. Personally, I knew what Men’s Camp training had done for me, so I knew that my athletes were in good hands with Mike. Little did I know that I would reap so many other benefits that I and the athletes’ parents had not even imagined!

Of course, they got stronger! Of course, their 5K times dropped to their best ever! Of course, their training prevented many of the typical season-interfering injuries and aches & pains. But here’s what else happened: their confidence grew as they got stronger, and just running to be ‘involved’ in something became competitive, not just this year, but in the years to follow. Camaraderie became not just a word on a page or a concept thrown around by a coach–it became real.

I would tell fellow coaches that now is the time to get others involved in a program that you can trust from concept to implementation. Mike Hill will sit down with you, discuss your team goals and your mission as a coach, and then develop a program for your team…for YOUR athletes! You can even join in on the team training!
