Recently, I began attending yet another Fusion offering – Yoga. I attend at least once a week and it truly has been a positive influence on me both physically and mentally. Sarah’s ‘lessons’ are one of my favorite things! The practice challenges me (it’s tough!), however, each person is only expected to participate to the best of their ability. In the short time I’ve been attending, I certainly feel the benefits and absolutely love it!
I have also taken part in Erica’s Nutrition Seminar, and while I am not completely a ‘clean eater,’ I now take pause when tempted with junk food. Baby steps! It all makes sense and Erica knows what she is talking about, especially when it comes to her tremendous nutrition program, My Healthy Goals.
As a 56-year-old wife, mom and grandmom, I feel like there is a healthier and better ‘me’ to share with my husband of almost 37 years and my family because of Fusion Fitness. My advice to you is, don’t be hesitant to attend a class or boot camp because you think that people will be watching or judging you. No matter your age, size or ability, you are doing this for YOU! The staff at Fusion Fitness will be behind you 100%. You WILL get results! Thank you again to Erica, Mike and the Fusion Fitness staff for the healthy impact you have had on me!
