We limit our class sizes so that each individual receives the attention needed for precise execution of exercises. Proper form in strength training is vital for the work to create the strength and tone we all are striving towards. Mike will help you to reach new fitness heights through this program, while having a good time. Nutritional resources are made available to all campers.

All fitness levels will be accommodated. Sessions will involve both cardiovascular capacity improving exercises and strengthening a nd toning exercises. Cardio portions will be various and dynamic. Strength portions will involve working every major muscle group with the use of sports inspired equipment, dumbbells, and body weight resistance.

Men's only interval cardio class. Get in. Get lean. Get out. Improve overall bodily functions and physique. No equipment needed.

Fusion

Fusion is a fitness class that fuses fitness with a wide variety of dance styles ranging from Latin and Hip Hop to Jazz and Jive. Participants will learn a variety of easy to follow dance steps and burn hundreds calories while having a blast with their favorite music to go along. This class is designed to tone and strengthen the core, engage the entire body in movement, and to provide improved cardiovascular performance. No dance experience or rhythm necessary. Participants just need to come ready to break a sweat and have a great time. Payment can be made per class or in advance; no commitment is necessary.

Sunday - 2:00-3:00PM

Monday: 6:00-7:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:15-8:15 PM

Friday: 6:00-6:45 PM

Saturday: 9:00-10:00 AM



Kids' Fusion

KidsFusion is a fitness class that fuses fitness with a wide variety of dance styles ranging from Latin and Hip Hop to Jazz and Jive. Participants will learn a variety of easy to follow dance steps while having a blast with their favorite music to go along. This class is designed to get kids movin', dancin', and sweatin' while having tons of fun.! Fusion is not a structured , technical dance class. It is a dance fitness class. No dance experience or rhythm necessary. Participants just need to come ready to break a sweat and have a great time. Payment can be made per class or in advance; no commitment is necessary.

Ages 5-12 years old.

Parent must be present to register child on first visit. ($10 one time registration fee) After that, a responsible party must stay with child each class. Adults may watch but not participate.

Saturdays: 10:45-11:30 AM

Core Strength

No pre-registration required

Core Strength is a 30 min. class designed to sculpt and tone the midsection as you strengthen the entire core. By strengthening your abdominals, back, chest, and hip flexors you will improve overall body tone, function, and balance. Payment can be made per class or in advance; no commitment is necessary.

Wednesday: 6:30-7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00-10:30 AM

BOOTCAMPS

**Pre-registration is required. Space is limited. Your spot will be held upon payment. All services are nonrefundable. No trial classes.

Proper form in strength training is vital for the work to create the strength and tone we all are striving towards. Don't let the title "BOOTCAMP" scare you away. Sure, we're not going to lie, this workout is mean, but we are not! We will help you to reach new fitness heights through this program, while having a good time.

Sessions will involve both cardiovascular capacity improving exercises and strengthening and toning exercises. No dance cardio will be incorporated into this BOOTCAMP.

All participants bring their own set of dumbbells, a thick exercise mat, sweat towel, and water bottle. Class is 90% indoors.

Prenatal Fitness

Mother of three, Erica Hill is very passionate about women's health and fitness, in particular that of mothers. She is a certified pre- and post-natal specialized trainer who brings being a fit mom to a new level. Out with the old idea that Moms cannot continue their fitness regimens while pregnant or meet their health and fitness goals after becoming a mother.

Come workout with fellow Mothers-to-be in a safe environment. Pre- and Post- Natal specialized trainer provides safe and effective workouts for Mothers in a fun, group setting. Focuses are cardio, strength, and effective core exercises for pregnancy.
